Why did I start Gutsey?

Because I couldn’t find the kind of snacks I was prepared to eat.

Over the years, I’ve become passionate about nutrition, wellbeing, and the powerful connection between food and how we feel—not just physically, but mentally too.

When I started paying attention to what I was eating and focusing on real, whole-food ingredients, I noticed a huge difference in my energy, mood, focus, and overall wellbeing.

It made me realise that food isn’t just fuel—it has the power to support both our body and mind.

I was healing ❤️‍🩹

For me, food became part of the medicine I needed. Instead of simply masking symptoms, I wanted to nourish my body from the inside out and give it what it needed to thrive.

Then I didn’t want to compromise on those choices.

And I wanted to help others do the same. 🫶

Most of us love to snack. The problem is that many convenient grab-and-go snacks are made from ingredients that don’t serve our health. Even products marketed as “healthy” are often ultra-processed and designed to keep us coming back for more.

So Gutsey started in my kitchen with a simple mission: to create delicious snacks that nourish the body, support gut health, provide lasting energy, and help people make better food choices without feeling restricted.

No refined sugar.
No ultra-processed ingredients.
Just real food with purpose.

What began as a personal passion has grown into a business I’m incredibly proud of, and every ball is made with the same belief:
